This AI legal notice is part of the Agreement between the Customer and the Provider.
AI Functionality are all proprietary, fully owned by the Provider, which retains all rights to them.
You may add Inputs to the System and receive Outputs generated by AI Functionality.
You retain ownership of the Input you add, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the Customer and the Provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that any Input you give comply with applicable laws and the Agreement.
It is your responsibility to assess for appropriateness, accuracy, and reliability to evaluate whether Outputs are appropriate for your intended use, including determining when human review or additional verification is necessary, before using or sharing an Output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AI Functionalities, Inputs or Outputs.
The Provider does not warrant the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Outputs generated by AI Functionality.
The Provider does not use the content of your Inputs or Outputs for purposes other than the delivery of the AI Functionality.
Inputs and Outputs will not be stored beyond the time required unless otherwise agreed or legally required.
The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI Functionality at any time with reasonable notice.
Upon termination of the usage of AI Functionalities, all access to AI Functionalities will cease, and any temporary data related to your Input will be deleted unless required by law.
